Submitting a request for quotation (“RFQ”), contact form, or other inquiry does not constitute acceptance of an order by ZAPAC.
Any quotation we provide may be subject to confirmation of specifications, materials, dimensions, printing requirements, quantity, pricing, shipping arrangements, production schedule, and other applicable terms. Unless a quotation states otherwise, it is not a binding commitment to supply products.
An order will be considered accepted only when the applicable order details and terms have been confirmed by authorized representatives of both parties in writing, such as in an accepted quotation, purchase order, sales confirmation, or separate agreement.
Production, payment, delivery, cancellation, inspection, and other order-specific terms will be governed by the applicable written agreement.
5. Custom Artwork and Customer Materials
If you submit artwork, logos, designs, text, photographs, or other materials (“Customer Materials”), you represent that you have the rights, permissions, and authorizations necessary to provide and use those materials for the requested purpose.
You retain your rights in your Customer Materials. You grant ZAPAC permission to use, reproduce, adapt, and share them with relevant service providers only as reasonably necessary to review your project, prepare proofs or samples, manufacture approved products, and fulfill your instructions, subject to any separate written agreement.
You must not submit materials that infringe another party’s intellectual property rights, violate applicable law, or contain unlawful content.
We may decline to process materials where we reasonably believe their use may be unlawful or infringe another party’s rights.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its original content, including text, graphics, layout, branding, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to ZAPAC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
